Product Usage Instructions

Installation of Mixer Dress Kit

  1. Remove the protective cover from the mixer.
  2. Apply silicone sealant around the wall surface and outlet
threads to ensure a watertight seal.
  3. Fit the Mixer Dress Ring onto the mixer cartridge lever.
  4. Attach the Handle Body onto the Mixer Cartridge Lever, ensuring
    full engagement.
  5. Tighten the set screw using the provided Allen Key to secure
    the Handle Body in place.

Outlet Fit Off

  1. Apply sealing tape (Teflon) to the male thread of the
    outlet.
  2. Place the Dress Ring and Dress Flange over the prepared male
    thread.
  3. Fit and align the Outlet onto the male thread.
  4. Operate the mixer(s) to check the flow of both hot and cold
water from the Outlet to complete the installation.

After installation, make sure to check all fittings and fixtures
for any water leaks.

Rough-In Plumbing

Prior to installing the Circa Wall Bath Mixer System, calculate
the finished wall thickness. The maximum thickness allowed is 30mm.
If the wall thickness exceeds 30mm, contact the manufacturer for
further options.

  1. Prepare a Nogging to be fixed parallel between the wall
    studs.
  2. The Nogging should be fitted in a way that the base of the
Masterfit is 30-32mm back from the Stud Face.
  3. Mount the Masterfit onto the Nogging using the provided screws
(x4). Ensure that it is level and square.

Pipe Connections

During on-site high-pressure line testing, ensure that the mixer
is in the closed position. Do not open the mixer when the maximum
stated water pressure is exceeded. After testing, do not relieve
any high pressure by opening the mixer. Exposing the internals of
the Mixer Cartridge to higher than specified water pressures will
void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Note: Tapware installation should be performed by a licensed
plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500:2003. The recommended
working water pressure is 300-500 kpa, and the maximum water
temperature is 65 deg.c.
