Your brush will automatically shut off if it is bound by too much hair/debris
- If the brush roll stalls because it is clogged the machine will need to cool down before restarting
- Turn off and unplug machine
- Remove foot assembly by pressing the release tab on the back of the foot
- Clear debris from suction opening
- You should be able to see the brush through the suction opening
- Clear all hair and debris from the brush roll
- Do not attempt to remove the brush cover – disassembling it will destroy the foot and void the warranty
- Before attaching foot, plug in and turn on – check for suction on the end of the hand vac
- If there is no suction here, see No Suction troubleshooting
- If suction, attach the foot
- If the brush is still not turning, a replacement Foot Assembly can be ordered
