Product Information:
The Deckenaufbau-Tiefstrahler is a ceiling-mounted downlight
with symmetrical wide beam light distribution. It can be used to
create bands of light of different lengths by installing single
luminaires in rows. This luminaire is suitable for linear
illumination both indoors and outdoors. It has a protection rating
of IP65, which means it is protected against dust and water
jets.
The electronic components installed in the luminaire are
protected against overvoltage according to DIN EN 61547. However,
for additional protection against transients, it is recommended to
use separate overvoltage protection components.
The installation and operation of this luminaire should be
carried out by a qualified electrician, following national safety
regulations. The manufacturer does not accept liability for damage
caused by improper use or installation. Any subsequent
modifications to the luminaire should be done by a responsible
person who will be considered the manufacturer.
The luminaire is available in two different module designations:
24 314 K3 and 24 314 K4. The K3 module has a color temperature of
3000 K, a color rendering index (CRI) greater than 80, a module
luminous flux of 8850 lm, a luminaire luminous flux of 6955 lm, and
a luminaire luminous efficiency of 127.8 lm/W. The K4 module has a
color temperature of 4000 K, a CRI greater than 80, a module
luminous flux of 9090 lm, a luminaire luminous flux of 7175 lm, and
a luminaire luminous efficiency of 131.9 lm/W.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Undo the hexagon socket screws (wrench size 3) and lift the
mounting bar out of the luminaire housing. - Lead the mains supply cable through the opening of the mounting
bar. - Fix the mounting bar onto the mounting surface using the
enclosed or other suitable fixing material. Ensure that the
mounting surface is even. - Undo the hexagon socket screws and remove the connecting
compartment cover from the luminaire housing. - Tighten the cable gland. Make sure to establish a protective
earth connection and make the electrical connection to the terminal
(plug device). - To enable digital control, use terminals DA and DA. If these
terminals are not used, the luminaire will operate at full light
output.

Montage Innensechskantschrauben (SW 3) lösen und Montageschiene aus dem Leuchtengehäuse herausnehmen. Netzanschlussleitung durch Öffnung der Montageschiene führen. Montageschiene mit beiliegendem oder anderem geeigneten Befestigungsmaterial am Montagegrund befestigen. Dabei unbedingt auf einen geraden Montagegrund achten. Innensechskantschrauben lösen und Anschlussdeckel aus dem Leuchtengehäuse herausnehmen.

Fix mounting bar with enclosed or other suitable fixing material onto mounting surface. It is absolutely essential to have an even mounting surface. Undo hexagon socket screws and remove connecting compartment cover from the luminaire housing.
Installation Desserrer les vis à six pans creux (SW 3) et retirer le rail de montage du boîtier du luminaire. Fixer le rail de montage sur la surface d’installation avec le matériel de fixation fourni ou tout autre matériel approprié. Veiller impérativement à ce que la surface d’installation soit plane. Desserrer les vis à six pans creux et retirer le couvercle pour effectuer le raccordement du boîtier du luminaire.

Netzanschlussleitung durch die Leitungseinführung vom Anschlussdeckel führen. Bei Durchverdrahtung ist der werkseitig eingesetzte Blindstopfen zu entfernen.
Leitungsverschraubung fest anziehen. Schutzleiterverbindung herstellen und elektrischen Anschluss an Klemme (Steckvorrichtung) vornehmen. Zur digitalen Ansteuerung ist die Klemme DA, DA zu verwenden. Bei Nichtbelegung dieser Klemme wird die Leuchte mit voller Lichtleistung betrieben.
Um die maximale Lebensdauer der elektrischen Bauteile zu gewährleisten, muss der beiliegende Trockenmittelbeutel unbedingt in die Leuchte eingesetzt werden. Den Trockenmittelbeutel aus der Folienverpackung nehmen und ihn unmittelbar vor dem endgültigen Verschließen der Leuchte an der durch den roten Hinweiszettel gekennzeichneten Stelle positionieren.
Steckerteil in Steckvorrichtung bis zum Anschlag eindrücken. Anschlussdeckel montieren. Dabei auf richtigen Sitz der Dichtung achten. Leuchtengehäuse in die Montageschiene einhängen und mit Schrauben festsetzen.
Reinigung · Pflege Leuchte regelmäßig mit lösungsmittelfreien Reinigungsmitteln von Schmutz und Ablagerungen säubern. Dafür keinen Hochdruckreiniger verwenden.
Lead mains supply cable through the cable entry of the connecting compartment cover. In case of through-wring remove the factory installed dummy plug.
Tighten screw cable gland. Make earth conductor connection and electrical connection to the connecting terminal (plug connection). For digital control please use the connecting terminal DA, DA. In case this terminal is not used the luminaire will be operated at full light output.
In order to guarantee the maximum service life of the electrical components, the enclosed desiccant pouch must be placed in the luminaire. Remove the desiccant pouch from the foil packaging and place it in the position marked by the red information label immediately before finally closing the luminaire.
Push plug into coupler as far as it will go. Assemble connecting compartment cover. Make sure that the gasket is positioned correctly. Hang the luminaire housing in the mounting rail and screw it in place.
Cleaning · Maintenance Clean luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers from dirt and deposits. Do not use high pressure cleaners.
Introduire le câble de raccordement par l’entrée de câble dans l’armature du luminaire. En cas de branchement en dérivation le bouchon mis en place en usine doit être enlevé.
Serrer fermement le presse-étoupe. Mettre à la terre et procéder au raccordement électrique au bornier (connecteur embrochable). Pour le pilotage numérique utiliser le bornier DA, DA. Si ce bornier n’est pas raccordé le luminaire fonctionne à la puissance maximale.
Afin de garantir une durée de vie maximale des composants électriques, le sachet dessiccant fourni doit être impérativement inséré dans le luminaire. Retirer le sachet dessiccant du film d’emballage et le placer immédiatement à l’endroit indiqué par l’étiquette rouge, juste avant de fermer définitivement le luminaire.
Enfoncer la fiche dans le connecteur embrochable jusqu’à la butée. Installer le couvercle. Veiller au bon emplacement du joint. Accrocher le boîtier du luminaire dans le rail de montage, puis le fixer avec les vis.
Nettoyage · Entretien Nettoyer régulièrement le luminaire et le débarrasser des dépôts et des souillures. Ne pas utiliser de nettoyeur haute pression.
Austausch des LED-Moduls Die Bezeichnung des LED-Moduls ist auf einem Etikett in der Leuchte vermerkt. BEGA Ersatzmodule entsprechen in Lichtfarbe und Lichtleistung den ursprünglich verbauten Modulen. Der Austausch kann mit handelsüblichem Werkzeug durch qualifizierte Personen erfolgen. Anlage spannungsfrei schalten und Leuchte öffnen. Bitte beachten Sie die Montageanleitung des LED-Moduls. Dichtungen der Leuchte überprüfen, ggf. ersetzen. Ein defektes Glas muss ersetzt werden. Leuchte schließen.
Replacing the LED module The designation of the LED module is noted on a label in the luminaire. The light colour and light output of BEGA replacement modules correspond to those of the modules originally fitted. The module can be replaced by qualified persons using standard tools. Disconnect the system and open the luminaire. Please follow the installation instructions for the LED module. Inspect and, if necessary, replace the luminaire gaskets. Defective glass must be replaced. Close the luminaire.
Remplacement du module LED La désignation du module LED est inscrite sur une étiquette collée dans le luminaire. Les modules de rechange BEGA correspondent aux modules d’origine en termes de couleur de lumière et de flux lumineux. Le module LED peut être remplacé par une personne qualifiée à l’aide d’outils disponibles dans le commerce. Travailler hors tension et ouvrir le luminaire. Respecter la fiche d’utilisation du module LED. Vérifier et remplacer les joints du luminaire le cas échéant. Un verre endommagé doit être remplacé. Fermer le luminaire.
