KNX MONA Series Card Holder

Product Information: Mona Card Holder EAE KNX MONA Series

The Mona Card Holder R1 is designed for energy-saving purposes
in hotel guest rooms. It has a monoblock glass design and is
compatible with Mifare 13.56 MHz cards with contactless reading for
RFID card information. The device prevents mechanical wear and card
deformation and has a 60×60 mm easy mounting to standard junction
boxes. The card holder has configurable RGB illuminated buttons for
up to 6 independent programmable buttons for switching, dimming,
shutter/blind, value, scene control, and status notification.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Installation of the product is done with a metal flange. It is
    fixed to the junction box by using screws.
  2. The switch has magnets and should be positioned with the card
    slot upwards.
  3. The device will stick on the flange by magnetization.
  4. Multiple devices can be combined up to 3. NOTE: Distance
    between center of flanges is 71 mm.

Commissioning:

  • The device default physical address is 15.15.255.
  • Determination of the physical address and sending of parameters
    are actualized with Engineering Tool Software (ETS4 or
    higher).
  • .knxprod file must be imported to the ETS.

Usage Instructions:

  • Use the card holder for energy-saving purposes in hotel guest
    rooms.
  • Insert the compatible Mifare 13.56 MHz card into the card slot
    facing upwards.
  • Use the configurable RGB illuminated buttons for switching,
    dimming, shutter/blind, value, scene control, and status
    notification.
  • Ensure that the device is not operated out of the specified
    technical data which is stated.
  • Clean the device only with a dry cloth. Do not use wet cloths,
    caustics, and solvents.

The relevant standards, direcves, regulaons and instrucons must be observed when planning and implemenng the electrical installaon. -Protect the device against moisture, dirt and damage during transport, storage and operaon!
-Do not operate the device out of the specified technical data which is stated.
-The device may only be operated in closed enclosures (Distribuon boards)
Cleaning If device becomes dirty, only a dry cloth can be used for cleaning. t is not suitable to use wet cloths, causcs and solvents.
