  2. Begin by mounting the chandelier on the provided mounting plate
using the ground screw and mounting screws. Refer to Fig.1 for the
    hardware arrangement.
  3. For Item#3995-66A, use Rod#W32-H-66A & W32-1-66A, and for
    Item#3995-84, use Rod#W32-H-84 & W32-1-84 to hang the
chandelier. Refer to Fig.1 for the hardware arrangement.
  4. Attach the shade to the chandelier using Shade#G3994-2 for
    Item#3995-84 and Shade#G3994-1 for Item#3995-66A. Refer to Fig.1

PREPARATION (Fig. 1) 1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware. 2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation. ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1) Noted: To install the fixture as an upward option, follow step 3, if not, please proceed to step 4. 3. Un-thread metal part (U) on top of center bar (T), remove decorative finial (S), nut (R) and metal washer (Q) on bottom of center bar (T). Carefully pull out wires and connectors from center bar (T). Loosen wires by removing wire connectors, twist wires as one strand. Carefully put strand through center bar (T) and do not twist with other wires inside center bar (T). Turnover the fixture body (L) with sockets facing upward, re-connect wires, tuck wires and connectors neatly into center bar (T), secure metal part (U), metal washer (Q), nut (R) and finial (S) back into center bar (T). (Fig.1) 4. Place cap (K) on all thread of fixture body (L) and secure with coupling (J). 5. Determine desired hanging height and thread rods (I and H) to all thread of fixture body (L). Pass wires carefully through each rod as you assemble. 6. Thread loop (G1) onto rod (H), attach quick link (P) to loop (G1) and loop (G). Carefully feed wires through loop (G1), quick link (P) and loop (G). Note: The quick link (P) must be fully closed. 7. Thread mounting screw (D) into pre-drilled holes in mounting plate (A) spaced same distance apart as holes in canopy (C). Length of mounting screws (D) may be adjusted if necessary. Attached mounting plate (A) to junction box (Not included) using junction box screws (B). The side of mounting plate marked “GND” must face out. CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig.2) 8. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. 9. Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box. COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1) 10. Place canopy (C) over mounting plate (A) and secure with two finials (F) onto mounting screws (D). 11. Remove socket rings (N) from sockets and place glasses (M) over sockets and secure with socket rings (N). 12. Install (5) five medium base bulbs (O) up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification–DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
