Product Information

The product is a light fixture with item number 2452-695 and was
manufactured on August 13, 2021. The fixture comes with
installation instructions that must be read and saved for future
reference. The fixture requires mounting Set#A-021-240112, which
includes mounting screws, ground screw, and mounting plate. The
fixture is designed to be mounted on a junction box, which is not
included in the package. The fixture can accommodate two medium
base bulbs with a maximum wattage of 60 watts each or CFL or LED
equivalent, which are not included in the package.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box before
   installing the fixture.
2. Remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
3. Unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts in a clear
   area.
4. Loosen screws (E) to remove mounting plate (A) from fixture
   body (F).
5. Position mounting plate (A) on the wall and mark the location
   of two drywall anchors (B). Pre-drill the holes for the drywall
   anchors (B). Insert drywall anchors (B) into the wall.
6. Attach mounting plate (A) to the junction box using the
   mounting screws (D). The side of mounting plate (A) marked GND must
   face out. Place woodscrews (C) through the holes into the drywall
   anchor (B) to secure mounting plate (A) as shown in Fig.1.
7. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure
   that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a
   ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground
   wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly
   to mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. After the
   wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction
   box.
8. Place fixture body (F) over mounting plate (A) and secure with
   screws (E).
9. Place shade assembly (J) onto socket stand (G) and secure with
   screws (I).
10. Install two medium base bulbs (H) up to 60 watts each or CFL or
    LED equivalent in accordance with the fixture specification. DO NOT
    EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
11. Turn on power and test the fixture.

MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)

1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box

2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the -Ground Screw parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any -Mounting Plate

small parts necessary for installation.

3. Loosen screws (E) to remove mounting plate (A) from

fixture body (F).

4. Position mounting plate (A) on the wall and mark the

location of two drywall anchors (B). Pre-drill the holes

for the drywall anchors (B). Insert drywall anchors (B)

into the wall.

5. Attach mounting plate (A) to the junction box (not

included) using the mounting screws (D). The side of mounting plate (A) marked “GND” must face out. 6. Place woodscrews (C) through the holes into the drywall anchor (B) to secure mounting plate (A) as shown in Fig.1.

CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) 7. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making
sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. After the wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction box.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig.1) 8. Place fixture body (F) over mounting plate (A) and
secure with screws (E). 9. Place shade assembly (J) onto socket stand (G) and
secure with screws (I). 10. Install (2) two medium base bulbs (H) up to 60 watts
each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification. –DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)
