Product Usage Instructions

1. Before assembly, read all instructions carefully.
2. Lay out all parts on a smooth surface as shown in the illustration.
3. Stitch the lampshade along the velcro.
4. Fit the lampshade onto the lamp base (E).
5. Screw in a 6 Watt LED bulb (D) (bulb included) onto the socket.
6. Plug the lamp into an outlet and turn on the touch 3-way switch to enjoy the light.

Important Safety Instructions

• Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb, cleaning, or other maintenance.
• Bulb gets HOT quickly! Touch only switch/plug when turning on.
• Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
• Do not look directly at lighted bulb.
• Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
• Use only with 60W or smaller Type A bulb or a 13W self-ballasted bulb or a 9W LED bulb.
• Do not touch the bulb at any time.

Maintenance Instructions

• Use a soft cloth only to clean the lamp.
• Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.
• Indoor use only.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

5. Plug into outlet and turn on the touch 3-way switch and enjoy.
