Product Information
The product is a lamp with model number JYL1132A. The lamp base,
socket and a bulb are included in the package. The lamp has a
polarized plug for safety purposes and should only be used with
on/off type A bulbs with a maximum wattage of 40 watts or LED bulbs
with a maximum wattage of 9 watts. There is an LED 4-watt bulb
included in the package. The external flexible cable or cord of the
lamp cannot be replaced, and if it is damaged, the lamp must be
destroyed. The lamp should be assembled on a soft surface to avoid
scratching the finish.
Product Usage Instructions
- Inspect the item carefully before attempting to install. If
there is any damage or obvious defect, do not install as the item
may not be returned once installed. - Unplug lamps before using any cleaning solutions.
- Dust shades with a feather duster or with an appropriate
vacuum-brush attachment. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and clean lamp
bases with the methods appropriate to the material. Avoid the use
of chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the
finish. - Make sure all parts indicated are present before beginning
assembly of the item. - Insert the bulb (C) into the socket (B).
- Put the light on a level surface to check if everything is
stable. - The lamp should only be used with on/off type A bulbs with a
maximum wattage of 40 watts or LED bulbs with a maximum wattage of
9 watts. The LED 4-watt bulb included in the package can be
used.

**This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. if the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. do not attempt to disregard this safety feature.
