- Machine should be fully charged to check the following steps
- Machine must be in the OFF position while charging
- Detach Hand Vac from body
- Remove dirt cup
- Turn machine on & place hand over motor duct grill on Had Vac
- If there is no suction, please Contact Us
- Empty Dirt cup
- Clean the filter of any debris
- Filter can be washed with mild dish soap and warm water
- Allow to completely dry (24 – 48 hrs.) before reinstalling in dirt cup
- Filter should be replaced as needed
- Remove debris/clogs from nozzle
- Remove foot assembly by pressing button on back of foot assembly and pulling foot
- Check handle for debris where foot attaches and where hand vac attaches to handle
- Check for clogs in foot assembly opening
- If foot is clogged, see Brush Not Turning troubleshooting for steps to resolve
- Re-attach foot assembly, should hear a loud click
