Product Usage Instructions

To assemble the FFM-PLHSLP French Fitness Monster P/L Hack Squat
Leg Press, follow these steps:

Identify the different parts using the provided parts
list.
Start by assembling the oblique beams (#1 and #2) to the front
frame (#3) using the socket head Allen bolts (#58 and #59).
Attach the cross connection frame (#4) to the oblique beams
using the socket head Allen bolts.
Connect the front upper connecting frame (#5) and front lower
connecting frame (#6) to the front frame and cross connection frame
using the socket head Allen bolts.
Attach the lower connecting frame (#7) to the front frame using
the socket head Allen bolts.
Connect the rear support frame (#8) to the lower connecting
frame and front frame using the socket head Allen bolts.
Attach the sliding frame (#9) to the rear support frame using
the socket head Allen bolts.
Install the lower weight carriage (#10) onto the sliding
frame.
Mount the shoulder pad mount (#11), upper foot support (#12),
upper adjuster (#13), and upper weight carriage (#14) onto the
front adjusting frame (#15) using the socket head Allen bolts.
Attach the front adjusting frame to the front frame using the
socket head Allen bolts.
Insert the guide rods (#16) into the front adjusting frame and
lock out (#17).
Install the lock out left (#18) and lock out right (#19) onto
the lock out using the socket head Allen bolts.
