The FF-HTB20 French Fitness Hip Thrust Bench Platform is
designed to provide users with a comfortable and effective way to
perform hip thrust exercises. The bench platform is made from
high-quality materials and features a sturdy main frame, foot tube,
foot board, back rest, bend pegs, and safety pin to ensure
stability and safety during use. The bench platform comes with a

Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the FF-HTB20 French Fitness Hip Thrust Bench
Platform requires the following steps:

1. Attach the Foot Tube (Item No. 1) to the Main Frame (Item No.
   3) using the Hex Bolt M10*80, 2 Washers, and Lock Nut (Item No. 9).
   Repeat for the other side.
2. Attach the Connect Plate (Item No. 2) to the Main Frame (Item
   No. 3) using the Hex Bolt M10*75, 2 Washers, and Lock Nut (Item No.
   10).
3. Attach the Foot Board (Item No. 4) to the Main Frame (Item No.
   3) using the Hex Bolt M8*20 and Washer (Item No. 11).
4. Attach the Connect for Back Rest (Item No. 5) to the Main Frame
   (Item No. 3) using the Hex Bolt M10*75, 2 Washers, and Lock Nut
   (Item No. 10).
5. Attach the Back Rest (Item No. 6) to the Connect for Back Rest
   (Item No. 5) using the Hex Bolt M8*20 and Washer (Item No.
   11).
6. Insert the Bend Pegs (Item No. 7) into the holes on the Main
   Frame (Item No. 3).
7. Insert the Safety Pin (Item No. 8) into the hole on the Main
   Frame (Item No. 3) above the Bend Pegs (Item No. 7).

Once all parts are securely attached, the FF-HTB20 French
Fitness Hip Thrust Bench Platform is ready to use.
