USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 (SHR80 and DHR80)
- Attach the Uprights (1) to the Foot Braces L and R (2, 3) using
the M12X95 Square Neck Bolt (19), M12 Washer (17), M12 Nylon Nut
(25), and M24 Washer (18). - Attach the Top Connecting Tubes (4) to the Uprights using the
M24X130 Hex Bolt (21), M24 Spring Washer (24), and M24 Nut
(26). - Attach the Foot Connecting Tubes (5) to the Uprights using the
M24X120 Hex Bolt (20), M24 Spring Washer (24), and M24 Nut
(26). - Attach the Peg Bar Tube (6) to the Uprights using the M10X20
Hex Bolt (22) and M10 Washer (16). - Attach the Connecting Tube (7) to the Uprights using the
M24X120 Hex Bolt (20), M24 Spring Washer (24), and M24 Nut
(26). - Attach the Band Pegs (8) to the Connecting Tube using the 12X40
Big Washer (27). - Attach the MuIti-grip puII up bar (9) to the Top Connecting
Tubes using the M12X20 Hex Bolt (23), M12 Washer (17), and M12
Nylon Nut (25). - Attach the J-CUPS L and R (10, 11) to the Top Connecting Tubes
using the M12X95 Square Neck Bolt (19), M12 Washer (17), and M12
Nylon Nut (25). - Attach the Spotter Arms L and R (12, 13) to the Connecting Tube
using the M12X95 Square Neck Bolt (19), M12 Washer (17), and M12
Nylon Nut (25). - Attach the Weight Horns A and B (14, 15) to the Uprights using
the M10 Washer (16) and M10X20 Hex Bolt (22).
Step 2 (DHR80 ONLY)
- Attach the Power Rack L (1) to the Foot Brace A and B (2, 3)
using the M12X95 Square Neck Bolt (13), M12 Washer (14), M12 Nylon
Nut (17), M24 Washer (15), and M10 Washer (16). - Attach the Uprights (4) to the Power Rack L using the M12X95
Square Neck Bolt (13), M12 Washer (14), M12 Nylon Nut (17), M24
Washer (15), and M10 Washer (16). - Attach the Top Connecting Tubes (5) to the Uprights using the
M24X130 Hex Bolt (20), M24 Spring Washer (18), and M24 Nut
(19). - Attach the Peg Bar Tube (6) to the Uprights using the M10X20
Hex Bolt (22) and M10 Washer (16). - Attach the Connecting Tube (7) to the Uprights using the
M24X120 Hex Bolt (21), M24 Spring Washer (18), and M24 Nut
(19). - Attach the Band Pegs (8) to the Connecting Tube using the 12X40
Big Washer (27). - Attach the MuIti-grip puII up bar (9) to the Top Connecting
Tubes using the M12X20 Hex Bolt (23), M12 Washer (14), and M12
Nylon Nut (17). - Attach the J-CUPS L and R (10, 11) to the Top Connecting Tubes
using the M12X95 Square Neck Bolt (13), M12 Washer (14), and M12
Nylon Nut (17). - Attach the Spotter Arms L and R (12, 13) to the Connecting Tube
using the M12X95 Square Neck Bolt (13), M12 Washer (14), and M12
Nylon Nut (17).
