Product Usage Instructions
- Refer to the table of contents to find the specific section you
need. - Follow the assembly manual to assemble the different components
of the leg press sled. - Clean the guide rods and powder coated components regularly as
per the clean guide rods instructions provided. - Refer to the ordering instructions on page 2 for any items that
require additional specifications, such as frame color or
upholstery color. - Follow the component assembly instructions provided, using the
part numbers and descriptions to identify the different parts. - Assemble the side frame according to the side frame assembly
instructions. - Ensure that all screws, nuts, and washers are securely fastened
during assembly. - Use the weight stack cushion and the 390lb stack assembly as
specified in the instructions. - Make sure to properly attach the cables and cable retainers
according to the instructions. - Refer to the provided labels and placards for any additional
information or guidelines.

CLEAN GUIDE RODS
Step must be completed prior to installing. Failure to do so can leave residue from packaging and other sources stuck in the bushings Guide rods need to make sure they are cleaned prior to installation otherwise this will cause the top plate to get stuck. It causes buildup in the bushings of the top plates. They just need to be cleaned out as well as the guide rods. Use Silicon Spray and fiber to remove any excess residue. These can be found around the house or at a nearby hardware store, pics below. Use silicon Spray and fiber.
