Product Information

The product is a mixer manufactured by Varimixer A/S. The spare
parts manual is valid from machine number 100002125. Sales of spare
parts for the mixer are handled in the sales and service
department. To order spare parts, the following information must be
provided:

1. Type of machine.
2. Number of the machine.
3. Article number of the spare part in question (Order no.).
4. Method of conveyance.

Some spare parts are not sold alone, in such cases reference is
made at the pos.number to the assembly number to be used for
ordering. The assembly numbers are shown on the relevant pages.

Planetary Head

The Planetary Head consists of various parts such as R100-30Z,
R100-3Z, AR101-33.5Z, R100-2Z, RN100-2.1Z, R100-36Z, and R100-101Z.
These parts must be assembled as per the instructions provided in
the manual.

Machine Column

The Machine Column consists of various parts such as
35AR101-21.3M, 35AR101-22.3M, STA3149, and 56CE101-280. These parts
must be assembled as per the instructions provided in the
manual.

Safety Guard

The Safety Guard consists of various parts such as
35AR101-21.3M, 35AR101-22.3M, STA3149, and 56CE101-280. These parts
must be assembled as per the instructions provided in the
manual.

Lifting System

The Lifting System consists of various parts such as
AR101-23/24Z and AR101-68Z. These parts must be assembled as per
the instructions provided in the manual.

Attachment Drive

The Attachment Drive consists of various parts such as Drive
unit, Bearing hub, Gear case, Motor R1R0105-8-151.5, and Worm
shaft. These parts must be assembled as per the instructions
provided in the manual.

Product Usage Instructions

The mixer should be used only for the purpose it was designed
for. Before using the mixer, ensure that all the parts are
assembled correctly and securely. Follow the below instructions to
use the mixer:

1. Plug in the mixer to a power supply of 50Hz or 60Hz as per the
   model.
2. Turn on the mixer using the speed selector assembly
   (AR81-47Z).
3. Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
4. Select appropriate speed using the speed selector assembly
   (AR81-47Z).
5. Allow the mixer to mix the ingredients for the required
   time.
6. Turn off the mixer and unplug it from the power supply.
7. Remove the mixing bowl and detach the attachment drive if
   necessary.
8. Clean all the parts thoroughly before storing the mixer.
