Product Information
The Dark Wood / Black Electric Desk (SKU: DESK-E144D) is a
motorized desk that can be adjusted to different heights. Its
package contents include two desktops, a crossbar, two side
brackets, a sync rod, a leg, a motorized leg, two feet, a
controller, an AC adapter, three desktop connectors, 12
anti-vibration pads, two headphone hooks, two cable clips, and
necessary screws and wrenches for assembly. The desk has a weight
capacity of 176lbs (80kg) and should not be exceeded to avoid
serious injury. The desk frame is made of dark wood and black
metal.
Product Usage Instructions
- Assemble the crossbar to the leg and motorized leg using
M6x11mm screws and a 5mm Allen wrench. - Turn the assembly upside down and connect the foot to the
underside of the leg and motorized leg using M6x35mm screws and a
5mm Allen wrench. - Flip the assembly upright and connect the side brackets to the
leg and motorized leg using M6x11mm screws and a 5mm Allen
wrench. - Loosen the knob on the sync rod and extend the hex shaft.
Insert the hex shaft into the leg, making sure the metal retaining
ring makes contact with the leg. While holding the hex shaft with
one hand, extend the sync rod onto the spline shaft of the
motorized leg. Tighten sync rod using a 2mm Allen wrench. Retighten
knob. Apply anti-vibration pads to side brackets. - Connect desktop using wood pegs. Secure using desktop
connector, M5x16mm screws, and a Phillips screwdriver. - Flip desk frame assembly over and place on top of desktop.
Secure side brackets to desktop using M5x16mm screws and a Phillips
screwdriver. Attach headphone hooks and controller using M5x16mm
screws and a Phillips screwdriver. - Connect cable from motorized leg to controller. Connect AC
adapter to controller. Secure cables to desktop using cable
clips. - Do not exceed desk weight limit. Keep area of vertical motion
free of obstacles. Keep weight on desk balanced for correct
operation and longer life of components. Leave enough slack in
cables to allow for full range of vertical motion.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1
Assemble Crossbar (B) to Leg (E) and Motorized Leg (F) using M6x11mm Screws (S-B) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Turn assembly upside down and connect Foot (G) to underside of Leg (E) and Motorized Leg (F) using M6x35mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Flip assembly upright and connect Side Brackets (C) to Leg (E) and Motorized Leg (F) using M6x11mm Screws (S-B) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

STEP 4
Loosen the knob on the Sync Rod (D) and extend the hex shaft. Insert hex shaft into the Leg (E), making sure the metal retaining ring makes contact with the Leg (E). While holding the hex shaft with one hand, extend Sync Rod (D) onto the spline shaft of Motorized Leg (F). Tighten Sync Rod (D) using 2mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Retighten knob. Apply Anti-Vibration Pads (K) to Side Brackets (C).

STEP 5
Connect Desktop (A) using Wood Pegs (S-D). Secure using Desktop Connector (J), M5x16mm Screws (S-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.
STEP 6
Flip desk frame assembly over and place ontop of Desktop (A). Secure Side Brackets (C) to Desktop (A) using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a Phillip screwdriver. Attach Headphone Hooks (L) and Controller (H) using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 7
Connect cable from Motorized Leg (F) to Controller (H), as shown below. Connect AC Adapter (I) to Controller (H). Secure cables to Desktop (A) using Cable Clips (M).
CAUTION!
Do not exceed desk weight limit.
Keep area of vertical motion free of obstacles.
Keep weight on desk balanced for correct operation and longer life of components.
Leave enough slack in cables to allow for full range of vertical motion.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage and/or personal injury.
