What’s new in Power Monitoring Expert 2021
PME 2021 is a major release that introduces a number of new features and improvements. We strongly recommend you to upgrade your existing PME system to version 2021.
Highlights of this release
- New cursor mode analysis of waveform to understand how voltage and current was changed before, during, and after the power quality disturbance.
- New licensing engine to support typical virtual machine maintenance operation without reactivating licenses.
- New site level power quality performance analysis to understand power quality issues for a specific site.
- New Reports: KPI by TOU Report, Measurement Statistics Report, Measurement Statistics Export Report, Profile Report, Scaled Energy Usage Report, and SARFI Report.

Web Applications

| New data log status alarm | You can now set up Alarms to monitor the data log status of devices especially devices connected via gateway. |
| New integration utility setting | You can now generate pre-authenticated links to PME resources. Use these links to integrate web applications (Dashboard, Diagrams, Trends, Alarms, Reports, and EWS measurements) into third-party systems. |

Removed/Replaced Functionality

| Removed upload report functionality from web applications | The upload report template functionality is removed from web applications. To replace this functionality, upload report template tool is available in Management Console. |
| Removed support of Floating License Manager and License Manager | Floating License Manager and License Manager are no longer supported. New License Configuration Tool is available for license configuration. |
