If your machine apperas to be falling over, follow these steps to resolve:
- The Slim Steam can’t stand upright on its own – it is intended to be stored on wall mount and not intended to remain upright during use
- See user guide for instructions to mounting and storage of the Slim Steam
- Be careful if leaning the machine on wall or furniture as machine may potentially fall over
- Lay the machine on the floor, making sure the foot and body are cool and dry to avoid damage to the floor
