If the Mop Pad is falling off the machine, follow these steps to resolve:
- The mop pad must go around the lip of the foot and the scrub brush must be up
- Putting the mop pads in the dryer is not recommended
- This may shrink the pad making it very hard to put it on the mop head or if they get it on, it will slip off
- If the pad has been used for too long, the elastic may become too stretched out
- If pad has streched out or shrunk, a new pad is needed > Go to Parts & Supplies
