Product Information

The product is called Briteline Gen2 1, an external version of
the Briteline product line. It is designed for installation in
various environments and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor
use. The product is compliant with UL 1598, CSA C22.2 No. 250.0,
and IP66 standards, ensuring its durability and safety.

Product Usage Instructions

Mounting:

To mount the product, follow these steps:

Ensure you have the minimum required screw and fastener.
Refer to the mounting dimensions provided in the manual.
Place the product on a flat planar mounting surface, ensuring
that the hatched area is supported.
Use the appropriate screws and washers to secure the product to
the mounting surface.
Tighten the screws according to the recommended torque
levels.

Angle Adjustment:

To adjust the angle of the product, follow these steps:

Loosen the clamp screws.
Adjust the swing arm inclination in 10 degree increments.
Tighten the clamp screws.

Gear Installation:

To install the gear, follow these steps:

Attach the gear mounting bracket to the product.
Mount the gear on the bracket using the provided screws.

Safety Cable:

For installations over 3m height, it is mandatory to use a
secondary safety system. Pass the steel safety cable through the
designated holes in the product and connect the two ends with a
lock. Tighten the lock screw by hand.

Electrical Connection:

To make the electrical connection, follow these steps:

Remove the R-type buckles from the junction box and gear
box.
Open the junction box and gear box.
Connect the appropriate electrical wires according to your
electrical system.
