Product Name: Rousseau Large Vanity Sconce

Product Description: The Rousseau Large Vanity Sconce is a light
fixture that provides illumination for vanity areas. It is designed
to be installed on a junction box and should be handled and
installed by someone familiar with construction and electrical
hazards. The product comes with a mounting plate (A) and screws (B)
for installation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before starting the installation, ensure that you have the
    following tools: Phillips Screwdriver and Slotted Screwdriver (not
    included).
  2. Carefully unpack all parts from the box and place them on a
    clean, soft surface.
  3. Remove the mounting plate (A) from the fixture by unscrewing
    the screws (C).
  4. Locate the junction box where you want to install the sconce
    and attach the mounting plate (A) to it using the provided mounting
    screws (B).
  5. Connect the supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper)
    around the grounding screw on the mounting plate (A).
  6. Carefully attach the sconce to the mounting plate, aligning the
    screw holes.
  7. Secure the sconce to the mounting plate by tightening the
    screws (C).
  8. Once the sconce is securely attached, turn on the power and
    test the light.

Important: This light fixture should be
installed in accordance with all applicable local installation
codes. If any damage or defect is found during inspection, do not
proceed with the installation. Retain all packaging material until
the installation is complete and approved.

Care Instructions

To clean the Rousseau Large Vanity Sconce, use only a soft dry
cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents as
they may damage the fixture.

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

TOOLS REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED):

Phillips Screwdriver

Slotted Screwdriver

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface. 2. Remove mounting plate (A) from fixture by removing screws (C). 3. Install mounting plate (A) to junction box and secure with mounting
screws (B). 4. Connect supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) around the
green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. 5. Connect fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (G). 6. Connect fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (G). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. 7. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box. 8. Install fixture to mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (C). 9. Thread shades (F) to fixture body (E). See diagram 2. NOTE: Do not over-tighten otherwise shade could become damaged.

Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
