S 2204 Halle 30 Inch Vanity Light
Product Information
The Halle 30 Vanity Light, item # S 2204, is a light fixture
designed for installation in bathrooms or vanity areas. It is not
included with bulbs. The fixture should be installed in accordance
with all applicable local installation codes and by a person
familiar with its construction and operation.
The package should be carefully inspected for any damage or
defects before installation. All packaging material should be
retained until installation is complete and approved.
Tools required for installation (not included) are:
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Hammer
- Slotted Screwdriver
- Drill
- Pencil
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft
surface. - Remove the mounting plate (B) from the fixture body (G) by
unscrewing the side screws (F). - Remove the lantern (I) from the fixture body (G) by unscrewing
the side screws (H). - Using the mounting plate (B) as a guide, align it with the
junction box and mark the anchor positions. - Drill holes in the marked positions using a drill bit slightly
smaller than the anchor size. - Install anchors (A) into the drilled holes using a hammer.
- Attach the mounting plate (B) to the junction box and secure it
with mounting screws (D). Then secure wood screws (C) to the
anchors (A). - Wrap the fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding
screw in the junction box. - Install the fixture body (G) to the mounting plate (B) and
secure it with side screws (F). - Install a light bulb into the socket.
- Install the lantern (I) to the fixture body (G) and secure it
with side screws (H).
Care Instructions
To clean the vanity light, use only a soft dry cloth or feather
duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

NOTICE:

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface. 2. Remove mounting plate (B) from fixture body (G) by removing side
screws (F). 3. Remove lantern (I) from fixture body (G) by removing side screws (H). 4. Using mounting plate (B) as a guide, line up with the junction box
and mark anchor positions. 5. Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes in the
marked positions. Install anchors (A) into holes using hammer. 6. Install mounting plate (B) to junction box and secure with mounting
screws (D), then secure wood screws (C) to anchors (A). 7. Wrap fixture ground wire (green) around the green grounding
screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (E). NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. 8. Connect fixture neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (E). 9. Connect fixture hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (E). CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. 10. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.

11. Install fixture body (G) to mounting plate (B) and secure with side screws (F).
12. Install light bulb into the socket. 13. Install lantern (I) to fixture body (G) and secure with side screws (H).
