Product Information
The powerCON TRUE1 TOP is a combination of an appliance inlet
and outlet connector that allows for power input and output. It
comes in different connector types such as NAC3MPX-TOP,
NAC3MPX-WOT-TOP, NAC3FPX-TOP, NAC3FPX-WOT-TOP, NAC3FPX-ST-TOP,
NAC3PX-TOP, NAC3FX-W-TOP (Connector), and NAC3MX-W-TOP (Plug
connector). The product is approved by VDE EN 60320-1, UL 60320-1,
CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 60320-1 and rated for 250 V ac / 16 A with cable
types H05VV-F3G 1.0 mm2, Length max. 2 m, H05VV-F3G 1.5 – 2.5 mm2,
H07RN-F3G 1.5 mm2 6.0 – 12.0 mm and 250 V ac / 20 A SJTOW, SJOOW 3
x 12 AWG 6.0 – 12.0 mm.
Product Usage Instructions
- Insert the cable into the bushing and housing after applying
cable pulling lubricant to the cable jacket. - Separate the housing from the bushing while keeping the cable
in the bushing. - Place the chuck over the cable and prepare the cable
accordingly. - Insert the wires into the terminals and fasten the screw with
Torx size T8 with a torque value of 0.7 Nm. - Slide the chuck onto the insert and then both together into the
housing while aligning the chuck and insert by positioning the nose
into the keyway. - Press firmly to complete the assembly with a torque value of
2.0 Nm. - To disassemble, open the twist lock and slide the bushing up
the cable and tighten it with the tool provided.
It is important to align the rubber key and latch while
inserting and to avoid exposing the connection to bending forces.
In case of any broken parts or excessive wear and tear, the
connector must be replaced for safety and certification reasons.

1. Press with screw driver to unlock 2. Turn bushing 360°. 3. Repat step 1 + 2 until bushing is unscrewed.

Slide the bushing up the cable and tighten it with the tool as shown. Important: Black O-ring to hide to achieve IP protection (6).
