- Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb, cleaning or other maintenance.
- Bulb gets HOT quickly! Touch only switch/plug when turning on.
- Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
- Do not look directly at lighted bulb.
- Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
- Use only with 60W or smaller Type A bulb or a 13W self-ballasted bulb or a 6W LED bulb.
- Do not touch bulb at any time.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay out all parts on smooth surface as shown in illustration
- Stitch the lampshade along the velcro.
- Fit the harp (D) onto the prop (E).
- Unscrew finial (A) from harp (D), fit the shade (B) onto the harp (D), Then screw the finial (A) into the top of the harp (D) and tighten.
- Screw in a 6 Watt LED bulb(C) (bulb included) onto socket.
- Plug into outlet and turn on the touch 3-way switch and enjoy.
- Built in dual 5V/2A USB ports and an outlet on the light base.
MAINTENANCE
Light bulb recommended:
- To clean use soft cloth only.
- Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.
- Indoor Use only.
