- Before downloading the firmware, ensure that you have the
correct BenQ part number for your specific model. - Refer to the last 3 digits of the part number and download the
corresponding firmware. - The firmware versions available for each model are as
follows:

How to Find BenQ Part Number
The BenQ Part Number can be found on the specification label at
the rear side of the unit. If you are having trouble finding the
Part Number, please provide the Serial Number to local BenQ Support
for assistance.
- There are two types of firmware available for download:
- OTA_FW: Upgrade the system firmware and keep
all user settings. - Image_FW: Upgrade the system firmware and
reset everything.
(SOP) from the zip file that you downloaded.
