E6W Barrel Sauna Half Glass Window

Product Information

The Ergo-Series E6W Barrel Sauna Half Glass Window is a sauna
unit that measures 59 inches in diameter and 81 inches in height.
The product comes with a detailed list of parts and tools required
for installation. The sauna unit requires a circular saw, water
level, hammer, ratchet strap, extra hands, silicone gun (for
glass-wall models), drill, crescent wrench, utility knife, and
rubber mallet. The product also comes with Torx bits (T10, T15,
T20, T25) and a PH2 bit. The sauna unit features wooden front wall
installation and half-moon wall installation options. The product
has brackets inside and vents for proper ventilation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Read the manual before starting the construction process.
  2. Assemble the wooden front wall or half-moon wall according to
the instructions provided in the manual.
  3. Join two boards together that will bridge the width of the A
gap. It is recommended that the combined boards are approximately
1/4 wider than the gap. If needed, trim the flat edge of the board
    to create the desired width.
  4. Fasten the two halves using screws.
  5. Use straps to support boards during installation.
  6. Apply waterproof silicone into the groove and pre-drill screw
holes. Do not let screws touch glass while installing half-moon
    wall.
  7. Place the bands around the barrel on the outer side of the
    cradle and remove the straps.
  8. Follow the main installation manual for installing the sauna
    walls and brackets inside.
  9. Leave a 1/4 gap when tightening screws to leave room for
adjustment when the outer bands (B) are installed.
  10. Remove all temporary braces once the installation is
    complete.
