Ergo-Series E8G Barrel Sauna Full Glass Front 87D x 81H

The Ergo-Series E8G Barrel Sauna is a high-quality sauna with a
full glass front measuring 87 inches in diameter and 81 inches in
height. The sauna is designed with front and back walls, and can be
constructed using the instructions provided in the user manual.

  • Tools needed: Measuring tape, Marker pen, Circular saw, Water
    level, Hammer, Ratchet strap, Extra hands, Silicone gun (Only
    glass-wall models), Drill, Cresent wrench, Utility knife, Rubber
    mallet, Bit PH2, Torx bits (T10 T15 T20 T25)

Product Usage Instructions

Before constructing the Ergo-Series E8G Barrel Sauna, it is
important to read the manual provided. The following instructions
can be used to install the front glass wall:

  1. Use a scrap piece of wood DET 1 to protect the plywood.
  2. Apply waterproof silicone to the groove DET 2.
  3. Carefully mount the glasses.
  4. Fix it diagonally to make the wall more rigid during
    installation DET U.
  5. Proceed with the main manual until benches installation.
  6. Fasten screws under the benches on both sides DET 10.
  7. Install the wooden back wall as instructed in the main
    manual.
  8. Check the walls installation manual on extra pages. Sauna wall
    configuration depends on your model.
  9. Be sure to leave a 1/4 gap when tightening screws to leave room
    for adjustment when the outer bands (B) are installed.
  10. Use a strap to support boards during installation.
  11. Join two boards together (as shown in diagram II) that will
    bridge the width of the A gap. It is recommended that the combined
    boards are approximately 1/4 wider than the gap.

Join two boards together (as shown in diagram II) that will bridge the width of the “A” gap. It is recommended that the combined boards are approximately 1/4″ wider than the gap.
Raise slightly before installing the combined board
