Saunalife E7g Sauna Barrel Glass Front Instruction Manual

E7G Sauna Barrel Glass Front

Product Information

The Ergo-Series E7G Barrel Sauna is a full glass-front sauna
measuring 71 inches in diameter and 81 inches in height. It comes
with front and back walls and requires assembly. The sauna is
designed with various components, including brackets, staves,
cradles, screws, and tools such as a measuring tape, marker pen,
circular saw, water level, hammer, ratchet strap, extra hands,
silicone gun (only for glass-wall models), drill, crescent wrench,
utility knife, and rubber mallet. The sauna also requires
waterproof silicone to be applied to the groove of the glass wall
during installation.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the Ergo-Series E7G Barrel Sauna, please read the
manual carefully and follow the instructions for construction. Here
are the steps to install the front glass wall:

  1. Use a scrap piece of wood to protect plywood and apply
    waterproof silicone to the groove.
  2. Mount the glasses carefully and fix them diagonally to make the
    wall more rigid during installation.
  3. Proceed with the main manual until benches installation.
  4. Fasten screws under the benches on both sides. Drill holes
before screws and pre-drill holes before fixing them.
  5. Install the wooden back wall assembly with brackets inside.
    Pre-drill holes before screws.
  6. Join two boards together that will bridge the width of the gap.
It is recommended that the combined boards are approximately 1/4
    wider than the gap.

It is important to note that the sauna wall configuration
depends on your model. Be sure to leave a 1/4 gap when tightening
screws to leave room for adjustment when the outer bands (B) are
installed. Also, use straps to support boards during installation
and check the walls installation manual on extra pages for further
guidance.
