Product Information – Garden Series Model G4 Outdoor Sauna

The Garden Series Model G4 Outdoor Sauna is a sauna designed for
outdoor installation. It comes with a ground frame, floor beams,
purlins, roof boards, frontboard, gableboard, and ventilation
grill. The sauna is made of wall planks that need to be installed
using screws. The product is designed to be assembled with the help
of tools such as a hammer, hammer block, water level, and measuring
tape. The product dimensions are not mentioned in the manual
extract.

Product Usage Instructions

Read the entire manual before starting the assembly
process.
Get all the necessary tools required for the assembly
process.
Fasten the base frame with screws and make sure it is attached
to the foundation.
Ensure that the diagonals are of the same length and drill
holes before inserting screws.
Place the wall planks above the base frame and ensure that they
are 10mm above the edge of the base frame. Fix the first row of
wall plank with screws to the base frame using a hammer and hammer
block.
Continue installing new wall details using a hammer and hammer
block. Make sure that the positions are installed completely.
Install purlins using screws and adjust the tapping if
necessary. Fasten the gable parts with screws.
Install the ventilation grill in the back wall and fasten the
roof boards with screws while starting with the groove edge on the
board.
Cut the last roof board to the correct width and align its edge
with the wall plank and purlins.
Cut correct lengths and fasten frontboards fixing with
screws.

The first wall plank row must be fixed with screws to the base frame.

5 Installing walls / Purlins

Use hammer and hammer block.

6 Purlins

Fasten the purlins with screws.

Make sure the upper side of the

purlins is oblate. If necessary, adjust

the tapping of the purlins.

Fasten the gable parts with screws.

Install the ventilation grill in the back wall.

with the groove edge on the board.

Cut correct lengths and fasten frontboards fixing with

screws.

Install roof shingles, use small nails.

Fasten the frontboard with screws. Cut the correct angle and fasten gableboards with screws.
10 Roof cover / Covering strips

Fasten the floor / terrace boards with screws. Cut the final floor/ terrace board to the correct
width.
Cut the floor stripes on right angle and size, then install
with screws.

Slats can only be screwed to the door and window frame and not to

the wall.
