TRIC A HDC
The Wagner Solar Aufdach-Modulmontagesystem TRIC A HDC is a
mounting system for solar modules that can be installed on roofs.
The system is designed to be project-specific and must be installed
according to structural engineering standards and regulations (EN
19911-3 and -1-4). A solid mounting base that can accommodate the
occurring forces (weight, wind and snow loads) is required for
proper application. The installation instructions of the solar
module manufacturers must be adhered to.
Product Usage: Installation Instructions
Before installation, make sure to read and understand all
instructions carefully. The following steps should be followed for
proper installation of the Wagner Solar Aufdach-Modulmontagesystem
TRIC A HDC:
Step 1: Mounting the Panel Rails
Install the panel rails according to the specified structural
engineering standards and regulations. Tighten the screws to a
torque of 17 Nm for S13 and 30 Nm for S15. The maximum distance
between the rails should be 18000 mm and the maximum distance
between the roof brackets should be 450 mm.
Step 2: Cross Bonding (only when required)
If necessary, install the cross bonding by tightening the screws
to a torque of 30 Nm for S15.
Step 3: Module Installation
Install the solar modules according to the installation
instructions provided by the manufacturer. Use a torque of 10 Nm
for S5 screws and 30 Nm for S15 screws. The minimum distance
between the modules should be 5 mm. Use the TRIC clip to connect
the modules securely.

Montage / Mounting
Die Auslegung des Montagesystems (Dachankerzahl,
Schienentragweite etc.) ist projektbezogen entspre-
chend den vorgegeben Normen (DIN EN 1991-1-3
und DIN EN 1991-1-4:2010-12, Einwirkung auf Trag-
werke Allgemeine Einwirkungen – Schneelasten und
Windlasten) durchzuführen.
Voraussetzung für den bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz
ist immer ein geeigneter Befestigungsuntergrund, der
die auftretenden Kräfte (Gewichtslast, Wind und
Schneelast) aufnehmen kann.
Die Montagevorschriften der Solarmodulhersteller
sind einzuhalten.
