Product Usage Instructions

the parts list. 2. Begin assembly with the tray by attaching the
small poly tray with holes (part #2-690) to the frame assembly
(part #69853OR1). 3. Attach the wheels (part #40880G) to the front
and rear axles (part #69854OR1 and part #69855OR1). 4. Attach the
front and rear axles to the frame assembly. 5. Attach the hitch
handle (part #69856OR1) to the hitch tube (part #6-871OR1). 6.
Attach the hitch tube to the frame assembly. 7. Install the latch
channel (part #28722OR1), latch pin (part #28702), and latch spacer
(part #28706) onto the hitch tube. 8. Install the cotter pin (part
#142) onto the latch pin. 9. Install the spring (part #48905) onto
the latch channel. 10. Install the washers (part #R19171616 and
part #R19172410) onto the bolts (part #44180 and part #46958). 11.
Install the bolts into the frame assembly. 12. Install the nuts
(part #47810 and part #43262) onto the bolts. 13. Install the hair
pins (part #43055 and part #714-0117) and cotter pin (part #43010)
onto the pins. 14. Install the loading caution label (part #46991)
onto the frame assembly. 15. Review all connections and ensure that
