Product Usage Instructions
- To uninstall the Ipsos MediaCell App & VPN from your
iPhone, follow these steps:
- Go to your iPhone’s home screen and find the Ipsos MediaCell
App icon. - Tap and hold the icon until all the icons on the screen start
to jiggle. - Tap the “X” button on the top left corner of the Ipsos
MediaCell App icon. - A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete
the app. Tap “Delete” to confirm.

- Scroll down and tap on “General”.
- Scroll down again and tap on “VPN”.
- You will see the Ipsos MediaCell VPN profile listed. Tap on
it. - Tap on “Delete VPN Profile”.
- A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete
the profile. Tap “Delete” to confirm.

`MediaCell’ app · Tap `Delete App’
Now please kindly continue onto the next page to delete the `VPN Profile’ from your device.

Management’ / `Profile’ Step #4 · Select by tapping `RealityMineVPN’ · Now tap ‘Remove Profile’
The Ipsos MediaCell App & VPN has now been removed.
No further data will be collected and/or sent to us from your device.
