Product Information
The Ipsos MediaCell+ is a mobile application designed for Apple
iPhone devices. It allows users to participate in market research
conducted by Ipsos. By installing the app, users can contribute
data that helps Ipsos gather insights and improve their products
and services.
Product Usage Instructions
To uninstall the Ipsos MediaCell+ App from your Apple iPhone,
please follow the steps below:
- Go to your iPhone’s home screen and locate the Ipsos MediaCell+
App icon. - Tap and hold the app icon until all the icons on your screen
start to jiggle. - Tap the “X” button that appears on the top left corner of the
Ipsos MediaCell+ App icon. - A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete
the app. Tap “Delete” to confirm. - Wait for the app to be uninstalled. Once completed, the app
icon will disappear from your home screen.
After uninstalling the Ipsos MediaCell+ App, you may also need
to delete the VPN profile associated with it. To do so, please
follow these additional steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on “General”.
- Tap on “VPN” or “Profile”, depending on your iPhone’s software
version. - Locate the VPN profile related to Ipsos MediaCell+ and tap on
it. - Select “Delete Profile” or “Remove VPN Profile” to remove it
from your device.
Once you have completed these steps, the Ipsos MediaCell+ App
and associated VPN profile will be successfully uninstalled from
your Apple iPhone. No further data will be collected or sent to
Ipsos from your device.

Please kindly follow the instructions below to remove the Ipsos MediaCell+ App.
Step #1 Deleting Ipsos MediaCell+ App · Open your `Settings’ app · Find and tap on `General’ · Tap `iPhone Storage’
Step #2 In the list of installed apps: · Find and tap `Ipsos MediaCell+’ · Tap `Delete App’
Now please kindly continue onto the next page to delete the `VPN Profile’ from your device.
