- Unplug machine
- Remove nozzle by pulling upward on both sides
- Check for cracks or damage on nozzle
- If cracked or damaged, a replacement nozzle should be ordered

- Remove brush by grabbing brush roll tab and pulling up
- Inspect for damage
- If damaged, a replacement brush roll should be ordered

- Clean out nozzle with nozzle clean out tool

- Rinse both brush roll and nozzle with warm water

- Remove hair wrap and debris around brush roll and brush roll ends

- Test brush by holding the pull tab and spinning other end
- If brush doesn’t spin, a replacement brush needs to be ordered
- Check plastic drive gear, (where brush roll is inserted into, on foot of machine) remove debris wrapped in this area
- Turn gear by hand to make sure it spins
- If gear doesn’t turn by hand or is deformed, Contact Us
- Once dry, insert brush roll and reattach nozzle
- To insert brush roll put right side of brush into foot first, then push down side with brush roll tab until it is secured into place

- Clear any debris and check for damage in suction gasket

- For nozzle, line up tabs on front edges of foot and push nozzle into place until it clicks
