TET6LB EcoPower High Efficiency Toilet Flush Valve Only

TET6LB Series Product Information

Product Usage Instructions

To use the TET6LB Series product, follow these instructions:

1. Ensure that all necessary parts from the Parts Manual are
   present.
2. Start by installing the top cover (THP3520#CP) onto the
   product.
3. Use the provided screw w/wrench set (THP3521) to secure the
   exposed parts.
4. If required, connect the extension harness (THP3522) according
   to the type needed.
5. Install the sensor unit (THP3523) and the bracket with screws
   (THP3206) for proper sensor functioning.
6. Place the glass sensor window (THP3207) on the exposed part of
   the product.
7. Choose the appropriate controller unit (THP3525 or THP3553)
   based on the desired flushing capacity.
8. Use the screw (THP3208) to mount the controller securely.
9. Secure any loose parts with screws (THP3192 and THP3527) as
   necessary.
10. Attach the lower cover (THP3528#CP) to the lower part of the
    product.
11. Install the solenoid unit & diaphragm assembly (THP3190R)
    for proper valve operation.
12. Use the clamp set (TH559EDV517) to ensure proper attachment
    (10/bag).
13. Install the valve assembly (THP3530 or THP3530X) based on the
    type of water being used.
14. Attach the valve cap assembly (THP3532) and ensure a tight seal
    with the O-ring (THP3533).
15. Use the U-packing (TH305SV103) and piston assembly (TH323V104R)
    for proper valve functioning.
16. Secure the seat packing set (THP3534) for a leak-free
    operation.
17. Ensure a tight seal with the O-ring (THP3013) for the screen
    nut.
18. Install the push button assembly (TH559EDV506) for user
    control.
19. Connect the ECOPOWER generator (TH559EDV503) with the provided
    screw (TH559EDV505).
20. Attach the tailpiece (TH305SV114) and secure it with the nut
    (TH305SV113).
21. Use the locking ring set (TH305SV105) and O-ring (TH305SV106)
    for proper tailpiece installation.
22. Finally, attach the back-up battery (THP3053), O-ring
    (THP3242), and screw (THP3536) as required.
23. If using IoT capabilities, connect the IoT wire harness
    (THP3515) and top unit (THP3549#CP).
