Magistar Combi TS Electric Combi Oven 5GN1/1

The Magistar Combi TS Electric Combi Oven 5GN1/1 is a versatile
oven designed for commercial kitchens. It has a touch screen
control and can accommodate 5×1/1GN trays. The oven is electric and
has three cooking modes – automatic, recipe program, and manual. It
also has automatic cleaning with functions to save energy, water,
detergent, and rinse aid. The oven is programmable with a delayed
start and has an optional USB port that allows the plug-in
sous-vide probe.

Construction

The Magistar Combi TS Electric Combi Oven 5GN1/1 has a base (not
for disassembled one) and is constructed with aluminum with silicon
coating. It comes with 400x600x38mm grids for 6 GN 1/1 ovens and
blast chiller freezer, 80mm pitch (5 runners). The oven also has an
open base for easy cleaning.

Usage Instructions

Before using the Magistar Combi TS Electric Combi Oven 5GN1/1,
ensure that it is properly connected to the power supply and water
inlet. The oven requires a circuit breaker and a water inlet
connection of 3/4″. The recommended water pressure range is between
1-6 bar.

To use the oven, select the desired cooking mode – automatic,
recipe program, or manual – using the touch screen control. The
oven can accommodate up to 5×1/1GN trays and has an 85mm pitch. The
optional USB port can be used to plug-in sous-vide probe for
precision cooking.

After use, the automatic cleaning function can be activated to
save energy, water, detergent, and rinse aid. The oven is also
programmable with a delayed start for added convenience.
