Top Oven Functions

Symbol	Oven function	Application
	Light	To activate the lamp without a cooking function.
	Fan Cooking	To roast or roast and bake food with the same cooking temperature, on more than 1 shelf position, without flavor transference.
	Turbo Grilling	To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on 1 shelf position. Also to make gratins and to brown.
	Grilling	To grill flat food and to toast bread.
	Fast Grilling	To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast bread.
	Top Heat	To brown bread, cakes, and pastries. To finish cooked dishes.
	Bottom Heat	To bake cakes with a crispy bottom and to preserve food.
	Conventional Cooking	To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.

Main Oven Functions

Symbol	Oven function	Application
	Light	To activate the lamp without a cooking function.
	True Fan Cooking	To bake on up to 2 shelf positions at the same time and to dry food. Set the temperature 20 – 40 °C lower than for Conventional Cooking.
	Defrost	To defrost frozen food.
	Grilling	To grill flat food and to toast bread.
	Fast Grilling	To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast bread.
	Turbo Grilling	To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on 1 shelf position. Also to make gratins and to brown.

Daily Use

To activate the top/ main oven follow the below steps.

1. Using the function knob for the appropriate oven select the oven function.
2. Using the temperature knob for the appropriate oven select the required temperature.
3. The oven will heat up.
4. To turn off the oven returns the function knob and temperature knob to the off position.
