Product Information

The QFL5634C is a 25W light fixture designed for indoor use. It
operates on 120Vac and 60Hz and includes a fixture body, crossbar,
mounting screws, wire connectors, outlet box screws, wall anchors,
and screws.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Install the crossbar onto the ceiling outlet box using the
   mounting screws provided.
2. Attach the lanyard to the fixture body by inserting it into the
   slot hole and securing it with the button stop lanyard.
3. Mark the ceiling where the wall anchors need to be installed
   and drill a 1/4 inch hole for each wall anchor. Insert the wall
   anchors into the holes.
4. Connect the white wire from the supply to the white wire from
   the fixture, and the black (or red) wire from the supply to the
   black wire from the fixture. Connect the ground wire from the
   supply to the ground wire from the fixture using the green ground
   screw.
5. Attach the fixture body to the crossbar using the screws
   provided.
6. Restore electricity to the fixture and test it to ensure that
   it is working correctly.
