QSF5602AB Prescott 4-Light Brushed Nickel Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light

Product Information: QSF5602AB and QSF5602BN

The QSF5602AB and QSF5602BN are ceiling light fixtures that come
with a ceiling canopy, center rod, knurled nut, side arm, glass
shade, and socket assembly. The fixture requires four bulbs with a
maximum wattage of 60W and a candelabra (E12) bulb base type. The
fixture is designed for indoor use only.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Read the entire manual before attempting to assemble, install,
   or operate the product.
2. Turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main
   fuse box before beginning installation to avoid the risk of
   electric shock.
3. Use bulbs specified by the markings and/or labels on the
   fixture to avoid the risk of fire.
4. Consult a licensed electrician if in doubt about electrical
   installation.
5. Wipe clean using a soft, dry cloth or static duster. Avoid
   using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean fixture as they may
   damage the finish.
6. Install the ceiling canopy and socket assembly.
7. Attach the ring to the glass shade.
8. Install the ring with glass shade to the ceiling canopy.
9. Install the crossbar assembly.
10. Install the fixture body.
11. Wire the fixture by connecting the white wire from supply to
    the white wire from the fixture, the black (or red) wire from
    supply to the black wire from the fixture, and the ground wire from
    supply to the green ground screw.
12. Install four correct bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or
    labels for maximum wattage.
13. Restore electricity and save the installation guide for future
    reference.
