Product Information: QSF5594EK and QSF5594MM
The QSF5594EK and QSF5594MM are ceiling light fixtures that come
with a ceiling canopy, rod, fixture body, glass panels, rubber
washers, crossbar assembly, wire connectors, outlet box screw, and
lock screws. These fixtures require a 60W candelabra (E12) base
type bulb to function correctly. The fixtures are designed to be
installed on an outlet box.

Check that all the items listed below are present in the
package:
- Ceiling Canopy x1
- Rod x1
- Fixture Body x1
- Lock Screw x8
- Glass Panel E x4
- Rubber Washer x8
- Crossbar Assembly x1
- Wire Connector x3
- Outlet Box Screw x2
Installation
- Install the rod and ceiling canopy on the outlet box.
- Install the glass panels on the fixture body using the rubber
washers and lock screws. - Install the crossbar assembly on the outlet box using the
outlet box screws. - Install the lanyard and button stop lanyard on the fixture
body. - Wiring: Connect the white wire from the supply to the white
wire from the fixture and connect the black (or red) wire from the
supply to the black wire from the fixture. Connect the ground wire
from the supply to the ground wire from the fixture using the green
ground screw. - Install the ceiling canopy onto the crossbar assembly.
- Install four 60W candelabra (E12) base type bulbs into the
fixture, referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum
wattage.
Your installation is now complete! Restore electricity and save
