738 Trailer Hitch Ball Mount
Product Information: 738 Ball Mount
The 738 Ball Mount is a product designed for towing purposes. It
is made to fit into a hitch receiver tube and is compatible with a
variety of hitch pin holes and grooves. The product comes with a
Hitch Pin Clip that is used to secure it in place. The ball mount
is made of durable materials and can support a specific weight

Product Usage Instructions
Before using the 738 Ball Mount, it is important to read and
observe all warnings, instructions, and capacity limitations
provided in the user manual. Failure to do so may result in serious
personal injury and/or significant property damage.
- Insert the Ball Mount into the Hitch receiver tube.
- Align Hitch Pin holes.
- Insert a Hitch Pin or Receiver Lock of a corresponding
diameter, into receiver tube hole so that the end is completely out
of the other side of tube, exposing the Hitch Pin hole or groove or
lock end. - Insert the straight leg of the Hitch Pin Clip into the Hitch
Pin hole or groove until it can go no further, or snap on the end
of Receiver Lock so that it is locked. - Install correct Hitch Ball so that the diameter matches the
Coupler size.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert the Ball Mount into the Hitch receiver tube. 2. Align Hitch Pin holes. 3. Insert a Hitch Pin or Receiver Lock of a corresponding diameter, into receiver tube hole so that the end is completely out of the other
side of tube, exposing the Hitch Pin hole or groove or lock end. 4. Insert the straight leg of the Hitch Pin Clip into the Hitch Pin hole or groove until it can go no further, or snap on the end of Receiver
Lock so that it is locked. 5. Install correct Hitch Ball so that the diameter matches the Coupler size:
· The shank should be long enough to exceed the Ball Mount bar thickness and a tightened nut by 2-1/2 threads. · The diameter of the shank should match the tongue hole diameter. 6. Torque nut according to 450 ft. lbs.
