Product Information

The Chest Expander is a fitness equipment that provides
resistance training for the upper body. It consists of elastic
bands and two handles on each end. The elastic bands are adjustable
and can be changed to different modes to increase or decrease the
resistance level.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the Chest Expander, make sure to read the user
    manual carefully and check that all parts are in good working
    order.
  2. Choose the appropriate mode for your fitness level by following
    the mode changing instruction on page 1 of the manual.
  3. Hold the handles of the Chest Expander with both hands and
    stand in a comfortable position with your feet shoulder-width
    apart.
  4. Slowly pull the handles towards your chest while exhaling.
  5. Hold the position for a few seconds and then slowly release
    while inhaling.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
  7. After use, store the Chest Expander in a safe and dry place
    away from direct sunlight.

Mode changing instruction: 1, Reduce elastic band, press the two clips and push it out.

2, increase elastic band, press the two clips and push it in the slot, there is click sound once it secured.
