Operation Manual

Product Usage

The 8801 Electric Round-corner Cutter is used for round-angle
cutting of soft materials such as paper in the printing and
packaging industry.

Product Characteristics

  head with 7 kinds of knives which can be fast changed within 30
  seconds.
• Can cut large quantities while operating electrically, saving

Notice

• Oil-free operation is strictly prohibited.
• Avoid putting foreign matter into the machine to prevent harm
  as the knives are sharp.

Operation Procedures

1. Plug in the machine.
2. Put 30# machine oil on the slide bar.
3. Select the corresponding round-corner knife according to the
   size of round-corner needed.
4. Place the paper on the work table (5) and against the lay guide
   (4).
5. Stamp the foot switch (9) to finish cutting.

Adjustment

Adjustment of lay guide:

1. Press the emergency stop button (8).
2. Press the inching switch (10) lightly to make the knife fall
   down.
3. Use the tool setting device to make lay guide perpendicular to
   knife.
4. Tighten the screws of lay guide.

Operation Procedures
1. Plug in. 2. Put 30# machine oil on the slide bar. 3. According to the size of round-corner needed, select the corresponding
round-corner knife, put paper on the work table (5) and against the lay guide (4) then stamp the foot switch (9) to finish cutting.

Adjustment
Adjustment of lay guide: Press the emergency stop button (8), press lightly inching switch (10), make the knife fall down, then use the tool setting device to make lay guide perpendicular to knife, finally tighten the screws of lay guide.
