Connect the phone and the monitor by Type-c cable.
If the power supply is insufficient, please supply additional power for the monitor

No display after connecting the HDMI signal line?

Rewire or replace the signal line

How do you use extend mode of the monitor?

Start – Settings – monitor Settings – multiple monitors, and then set different
options on this screen

The screen flashes, sometimes normal, sometimes abnormal?

. If the power supply is insufficient, check whether the supply voltage current
is sufficient

How to change the monitor to portrait mode?

Open the Start menu and click “Control Panel
Click “Adjust Screen Resolution” to view the Screen Resolution section of the Control Panel
Click the “Orientation” drop-down menu to display a list of options: “Landscape,” “Portrait,” “Landscape (Flipped)” and “Portrait (Flipped).”

When I connect the Type-c cable, there is no signal

Confirm whether the phone supports full-function Type-c port
The monitor requires Type-C to Type-C 3.1 gen1/gen2 cable, normal Type-C to Type-C 2.0 cables will not work. So please use the original Type-C to type-C 3.1 cable in our package, not your other ones.

My monitor repeatedly turns on and off

The minimum power requirement of the monitor is 10W(5V/2A). Insufficient power supply from source USB Type-C devices may cause this problem. Please use an external power source plugged into the first Type-C power port of your monitor.
Lower the volume and the brightness. High volume and brightness may increase power consumption and cause the monitor going off.

Note: if there are other problems or other faults, please contact customer service. Please do not disassemble the host by yourself!
