ASSEMBLY

1.  Align side holes in the back brace with holes in the back leg. (See Figure 1)
   
   NOTE: Flat panel of the back brace should face the same direction as mounting plate.
2. Align the holes in the front leg with those of the back brace and back leg. (See Figure 2)

3. Secure the back brace, back leg and front leg using two 3¼” carriage bolts, two washers, and two locknuts. Do not overtighten. (See Figure 3)
NOTE: Bolts enter through the outside of the unit and are fastened from the inside.

4. Pull the front leg out from the unit as shown. (See Figure 4)

5. Attach one leg brace to a side using two 2¼” carriage bolts, two washers, and two wing nuts. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: Leg brace attaches to the inside of the front leg and outside of the back leg.

6. Repeat step 5 to attach the other leg brace.
NOTE: Additional hardware can be used to install an eyewash station. The mounting bracket is included with the eyewash station.
NOTE: When attaching an eyewash station, refer to the installation instructions included with the unit.
