Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a
    clean, soft surface.
  2. Use the mounting plate (C) as a guide and line it up with the
    junction box. Mark the anchor positions.
  3. Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes
    in the marked positions. Install anchors (B) into the holes using a
    hammer.
  4. Install the mounting plate (C) to the junction box and secure
    it with mounting screws (E). Then, secure wood screws (D) to the
    anchors (B).
  5. Remove collar rings (I) from collar loops (F).
  6. Install the canopy (H) to the mounting plate (C) and secure it
    with collar rings (I).
  7. Determine the desired overall length and the amount of chains
    (J) needed. Shorten the chain using chain pliers. Keep any extra
    chain.
  8. Attach chains (J) to collar loops (F) and fixture loops (K)
    using quick links (G). Secure the quick links (G).
  9. Thread the fixture wire and ground wire through the chain (J).
    Make sure there is no tension on the wires when reaching the collar
    loop (F). Cut any excess wires, leaving enough to reach the
    junction box.
  10. Separate the two sides of the molded wire and strip insulation
    on each side by 5/8.
  11. Loosen collar rings (I) and carefully let the canopy (H) slip
    down the chains (J).
  12. Twist all fixture wires together and slip them through the
    center hole of the collar loop (F). Untwist and separate the wires
    to prepare for connection.
  13. Wrap the fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green
    grounding screw. Tighten it. Continue the fixture ground wire and
    connect it to the supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper)
    using a wire nut (A).
  14. Connect the fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the supply neutral
    wire (usually white) using a wire nut (A).
  15. Connect the fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to the
    supply hot wire (usually black) using a wire nut (A). Do not
    reverse the hot and neutral connections.
  16. Ensure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck them
    into the junction box.
  17. Install the canopy (H) to the mounting plate (C) and secure it
    with collar rings (I).

1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

2. Using the mounting plate (C) as a guide, line up with the junction box and mark anchor positions.
3. Using a drill bit slightly smaller than the anchor, drill holes in the

marked positions. Install anchors (B) into the holes using hammer.

4. Install mounting plate (C) to the junction box and secure with

mounting screws (E), then secure wood screws (D) to anchors (B).

Bulbs not included

5. Remove collar rings (I) from collar loops (F). 6. Install canopy (H) to mounting plate (C) and secure with collar

rings (I).

7. Determine desired overall length, and amount of chains (J) needed.

Shorten chain using chain pliers. (Keep extra chain)

8. Attach chains (J) to collar loops (F) and fixture loops (K) using quick

links (G). Secure quick links (G).

9. Thread fixture wire, ground wire through chain (J).

NOTE: When you reach the collar loop (F), ensure there is no tension

on the wires. Cut excess wires, being sure to leave enough to reach

the junction box.

10. Separate two sides of molded wire, and strip insulation on each 5/8″.

11. Loosen collar rings (I) and let canopy (H) slip down chains (J)

carefully.

12. Twist all fixture wires together. Slip through center hole of collar loop (F). NOTE: Untwist wires and separate to prepare for connection.
13. Wrap fixture ground wire (bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten. Continue fixture ground wire and connect to supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) using wire nut (A).

NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded.

14. Connect fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the supply neutral wire (usually

white) using wire nut (A).

15. Connect fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to the supply hot

wire (usually black) using wire nut (A).

CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections.

Bulbs not included

16. Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.

17. Install canopy (H) to mounting plate (C) and secure with collar

rings (I).

18. Install light bulbs into the sockets.

Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
