- Locate the vehicle’s diagnostic port and detach it from its original location.
- Apply the Type 2 Indicator Label.
- Attach appropriate mounting clip—match up the colored line with a white line on the connector, and ensure the teeth lock at the 2
locations. - Connect Samsara cable to vehicle port and twist to lock.
- Mount new port to the stock location.
- Plug the Samsara gateway connector into the Gateway. It will click when fully inserted.
- Fasten connected gateway in a secure position. Verify the gateway indicator light turns green, this could take 1-3 minutes.
