L-AWP1030 Air or Water Retractable Hose Reels

Product Information:

The L-AWP1030 – L-AWP1220 Air/Water Retractable Hose Reels are
high-quality UV stabilized reels. Each reel comes complete with a
delivery hose, feeder hose, and mounting bracket. The reel is made
from durable and impact-resistant polypropylene, making it
lightweight and compact. It features a positive latch and a
built-in hose layering mechanism to prevent hose bunching. The
powerful spring in the reel winds the hose back into the drum.

Caution:

Please read the operating instructions carefully and follow the
safety instructions provided.

• Do not let go of the hose during rewinding to prevent injury or
  damage.
• Hold the hose stop ball when retracting the hose.
• Do not disassemble the hose reel.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects or high temperatures.
• Avoid dropping the reel to prevent damage.
• Only use this product with air/water, not with any chemicals or
  other liquids.
• Turn off the air supply after use or at the end of the
  day.

Product Usage Instructions:

Installation:

1. Take out the unit and accessories from the box.
2. Choose a suitable place near the source of air/water.
3. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the position for
   screws and drill four holes on the wall.
4. Fix the bracket using four self-tapping screws.
5. Connect the reel to the mounting bracket.

Note: The reel should be installed horizontally to a wall or
post. It is recommended to mount the reel approximately 1 meter
above the ground.

Operation:

1. Connect the feeder hose and turn on the supply.
2. Pull out the hose to the desired length and stop.

Retracting the Hose:

1. Always hold the hose when retracting it back into the
   reel.
2. Turn off the air/water supply.

Storage and Cleaning:

When not in use, turn off the supply and release the line
pressure. The reel must not be used to transmit any chemicals or
substances. When not in use for an extended period of time, it is
recommended to store the reel in a cool dry place. The reel is
maintenance-free and should not be cleaned internally with
water.

DESCRIPTION Thank you for purchasing a Lubemate hose reel. Each reel is a quality UV Stabilised reel, supplied complete with a delivery hose, feeder hose and mounting bracket.

* To prevent injury or damage do not let go of the hose during rewinding. * Hold the hose stop ball when retracting hose. * Do not disassemble hose reel. * Ensure the reel or hose is not in contact with any sharp objects or exposed to high temperatures. * Do not drop this reel or damage will occur. * Do Not use this product with any chemicals or liquid other than air/water. * Turn off air supply after use or at the end of the day.
Installation:

5.Connect the reel to the mounting bracket.

TROUBLESHOOTING

FAULT The hose does not retract

DESCRIPTION Hose has been pulled out too far and locked
Not enough spring tension

SOLUTION Access the drum through the window and carefully rotate the drum half a turn in the direction of the hose being pulled out to release latch. Add 1-2 turns extra turns: 1. Remove the small cover, 2. Use spanner to clamp the groove of preload wheel, 3. Unscrew four bolts on the wheel, then rotate it for 1-2 turns in counterclockwise, then fasten the bolts, and replace the cover.Fig.4
