Note: Some bolts are pre-installed, need to remove it first.
Please note to check.

Installation instruction

Step 1.

Push front foot pipe 1 into frame 2.
Note: Pay attention to the direction of the pipe.

Step 2.

Fix foam frame 3 into frame 1 and 2 with screw top 12.
Fix foam frame 4 into frame 1 and 2 with screw top 12.

Step 3.

• Insert the back cushion into the tube, align it with the hole, then rotate bolt 9 for fixing.
• Align the hole and insert stug 6 for fixing.
• Install screw 5, washer 7 and tighten nut 8.
• Insert the cross-bar into the hole at the bottom of cushion, then install it with bolt 9.
• Insert the foam 13 into both ends of the cross-bar 11.
  

Step 4.

• Install the stay cords. Hook one end of the rope to the forefoot tube, then the other side hang on the corss-bar.
• Finally check all of the screws and bolts are completely locked. if the bench is shake, you could adjust the four foot pads.
