Notice: This light fixture should be installed in accordance
with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person
familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the
hazards involved. Inspect item and contents carefully. If any
damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging
material until installation is complete and approved.
Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather
duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft
surface. - Thread shade riser (D) to the top of lamp body, adjust shade
riser (D) to desired height, then tighten adjustment knob. - Remove finial (F) from the adjustable riser (D).
- Remove shade (E) from packaging and place it on the adjustable
riser (D) by securing it with the finial (F). If the shade has
additional packaging, carefully cut it off from the interior of the
shade to avoid damages. - Install light bulbs into the sockets.
- Remove protective cover (A) from plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet and test the
fixture.
NOTE: Tools required for assembly (not included): Scissors

to desired height, the tighten adjustment knob. 3. Remove finial (F) from the adjustable riser (D). 4. Remove shade (E) from packaging and place on adjustable riser (D)
by securing with finial (F). NOTE: If shade has additional packaging, carefully cut off from interior of shade to avoid damages. 5. Install light bulbs into the sockets. 6. Remove protective cover (A) from plug. 7. Plug into electrical outlet and test fixture.
