with all applicable local installation codes and safety
precautions. Inspect the item and its contents for any damage or
defects before installation. Retain all packaging material until
installation is complete and approved.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft
surface. - Attach the base (G) and loader (H) to the rod (F), then secure
them with the lock washer (I) and hex nut (J). Tighten using wrench
1. - Remove the socket ring (A) from the socket.
- Attach the shade (B) to the socket and secure it with the
socket ring (A) using wrench 2. - Install a light bulb into the socket.
- Loosen the ring (C) and adjust the fixture arm (D) to the
desired height, then tighten the ring (C). - Remove the protective plug cover (E) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is working properly.
Care Instructions:
Clean the lamp only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do
not use abrasive or chemical agents.

NOTICE: This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. 1. Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface. 2. Install base (G) and loader (H) to rod (F), then secure with lock
washer (I) and hex nut (J). Tighten using provided wrench 1. 3. Remove socket ring (A) from socket. 4. Install shade (B) to socket and secure with socket ring (A) using
provided wrench 2. 5. Install light bulb into socket. 6. Loosen ring (C) and adjust fixture arm (D) to desired height, then
tighten ring (C). 7. Remove protective plug cover (E) from the plug. 8. Plug into electrical outlet and test the fixture.
